Meet the New Conversational Google Forms
If you are looking for a great way to gather leads, get people’s attention to your questionnaire or just want to upgrade your “Contact Us” page, you are in the right place.
Until now, you could turn any Google Form into a chat interface using Fobi.io (Follow this manual to do so)
But now we have great news. You can have a new, shiny, chat interface in your website in just 5 minutes and it’s fully customizable (We love you, people with style).
Step one — Turn the form into a chat interface
Follow this guide (Link) to create your own chat interface - when finished, you will see this screen.
Press the blue (-ish) “embed” link and continue to the next step.
Step two — Embedding the chat interface
There are two ways to embed the chat interface: A Chat PopUp and an IFrame.
Chat PopUp- A slick interface with a bubble button and a chat area which can pop up when you push on the bubble (Usually placed in the bottom corners of the page).

IFrame- A rectangular space with the chat interface in it which you can put in the body of your webpage.

Now that you know what you want, go on and choose one of the options, and go through the customization form. Adjust the colors, sizing and texts. You can even change the figure inside the chat interface.
Final Step — Copy & Paste
The gray box in the bottom contains the code that you need to copy to your website. You can copy it to the top or to the bottom of your <body> section.
That’s it, now you have a beautiful chat interface that saves the information into Google Forms.
